I just joined the Crush Club. How will I know when to pick up my wine?

We email you announcements of upcoming pick up dates approximately 2 weeks in advance of the delivery or pick up date. Please add CrushClub@Peltzers.com to your email address book and to your safe­sender’s list so that your system will not assume we are sending you spam. You may also visit our Wine Club page on the website – Shipping and Pick Up dates are listed there.

Will Call members should pick up their wine at the Crush House within 90 days of the pick­up date. We will automatically ship your wines that are not picked up at the end of 30 days; the credit card on file will be charged for this shipment. The Crush Club also reserves the right to substitute wines not picked up within 30 days.

Can I substitute a wine if I don’t like the wine in the shipment?

We do not allow substitutions and/or exchanges.   Your wines are carefully pre­selected and pre­billed based on several factors that make thewine optimal at the time of release.

The shipping date is included in your Crush Club email notification. Also, we include your email address and phone number when we processyour Crush Club shipment via GSO. We will send you an email with your estimated delivery date and tracking information. Please remember, anadult signature is required for wines. If possible, we encourage you to have your Peltzer Family Cellars wines shipped to your place of business.

What if I’m not home when GSO tries to deliver my Crush Club shipment?

GSO will leave a notice that they attempted to deliver your Crush Club shipment; GSO will make two more attempts. The attempted deliverynotice will have a phone number to call if you want to make other delivery arrangements.

I am a Will Call customer – can someone else pick up my Crush Club wines?

Sure! Please email us and let us know who you authorize to pick up your wines and we’ll add a note to your file. Any persons picking up awine shipment must have a valid ID and be 21+ years of age.

What if I move or my credit card information changes?

Please contact us as soon as you have any new information that could affect delivery, including email and phone number changes. Pleaselogin to your Crush Club account here (link to account page) and update your info. Changes to the shipping address after we have shipped willresult in an extra fee for re­shipment.

When are Crush Club payments processed?

Payments are processed approximately 1 week prior to the pick up or shipping date. To ensure that your wines will be ready, please wait until you receive your Crush Club email notice of when the wines will be available for pick up. You may also check the Crush Club Events section on the Peltzer website for pick up dates.

I live in a state that gets very hot during the summer and/or I travel a lot. What are my options?

We have created an option for Crush Club members like you!  You can now have your wines billed and shipped twice a year.  In early Marchand late October, we will bill and ship you 6 bottles of wine.  These are the same wines you would normally receive every quarter month,however, by shipping during these months, you will avoid the extreme heat and cold that can often damage wines.  This option is also good formembers who do a lot of traveling and means less time spent waiting on GSO  deliveries.  Please note: this club option is for shipping customersonly.  Wines from this club are not available for pick up.   If you live in the states of AZ, NV or TX, you will be automatically enrolled in this twicea year shipping/billing club.

What if I’m going to be gone during a Crush Club shipment?

Please reply to your shipment notification email a minimum of one week prior to the shipment date and we can place your order on hold or re­schedule the delivery date.

How will I know what the exact Crush Club shipment will cost?

The exact amount of each Crush Club shipment will be reflected on your credit card statement. As different parts of the country have different shipping and tax rates, we are unable to notify you of the exact amount in advance of the shipment. Remember, the amount you will see on your credit card statement includes the discounted Crush Club price plus shipping, processing fee and tax where applicable.

How many guests can I bring in for complimentary wine tasting?

A total of 8 tastings per month are complimentary when you visit Peltzer. Additional visits (more than 8 tastings in a month) and additional guests will receive a 50% discount on tastings! A Crush Club member must be present for guests to receive our special tasting price.

Can I give a Crush Club membership as a gift?

A Crush Club membership is an absolutely wonderful gift to give! We highly recommend the gift that keeps on giving. All you need to do is complete the online application (link to wine club app page) or visit us in the Crush House.

Shipments are automatically billed to your credit card and will continue for the specified amount of time you determine in your gift purchase; the minimum gift membership is three shipments. If you prefer, give a Peltzer Gift Card so that the receiver may visit our winery and make their own selections. Gift cards can be purchased in any denomination (minimum $25.00).

Can I pick up my Crush Club wines at the winery and save shipping charges?

Yes! If you signed up for delivery, you can change your account to will call. Email the Crush Club to notify us of your preference and allow at least two weeks prior to shipping dates for us to change your status.

How long does my membership last?

Your Crush Club membership is active until you cancel it.  However, if you decide to cancel, you may do so at any time provided you have received a minimum of four shipments. Please remember, we require 30 days’ notice for cancellations. Due to administrative costs associated with cancellations, the prior Crush Club discounts you have received are charged to the credit card on file if you cancel prior to receiving three releases. We know you will enjoy all of the wines, benefits and events of the Crush Club. Again, for any other questions not covered, please contact theCrush Club.
